There is an increasing amount of interest in assessment procedures and instructions relating thereto by investigative reporters. In order to eliminate conflicting information regarding the assessment procedures and instructions, we are instructing each Supervisor to be present during any media interview or discussion regarding the assessment procedures in your respective counties. The Assessment Department personnel should be instructed that no such information should be discussed or released without the authority of the Supervisor.
